DIRECTION
Mix one tea spoon full in a yogurt, or jello or whatever works better for you or in half cup of boiled water. Leave for 10 minutes,, sieve it and drink it cold (optional: you can add lemon and apple cider vinegar).

NOTE
Take it last at night before going to bed. After taking this, you can not eat anything again except drinking water. It can also be used along side any of our tea.
